Tracklist of Michael's Flute-CD

I got a copy of Michael's flute-CD, which was released in the late eighties or early nineties (not sure about that). It's just a burned CD without a booklet or inlet.
I'm sure some of you got an original copy of that CD and wanted to ask for a track-list. I'd really like to know the names of the songs and would be very thankful for any help from you.
