Why does this show keeps me alive? It`s quiet simple: it`s real art, it`s something that contains pure imagination, fantasy - the life. Everytime I watch it (On my DVD, I`ve never been on live performance), I have my escape place - a place where you can find only beauty, place where is no place for dirt, for something like everyday`s cruel or bad experiences, hipocrisy, or lies. Today everybody can take on underwear, and start dancing around the poole, and say it`s dance, art. Well, no, it`s not, and I`m sick of it! But, The Lord of the Dance, that is real DANCE. Why? Because everytime I see those dancers, I see them smiling, willing to give you good fun and memories. Ready to tell a story for thousand and I-don`t-know-which time, but always fresh, always different, they give themselves totally into it. And that`s what I appreciate - people who like what they are doing, who are giving best of themselves all the time. I`m only 15 years old, and you may say that I`m telling nonsense, but, in world where I live, at this time and century, you can not find people who care about art. And I care of it, and I wish everyone does. I`m from Serbia, where I`m surounded by the teenagers who don`t care about books, about music, about something that can be beautiful. They care only about violence and hurting other people. So, that`s why I need to escape somewhere. In green fields of imagination, a fantasy world where I can be relaxed. And when I`m watching this show, I can see, that there are still people who care. And who are telling a story that keeps me alive. Because, without imagination, there`s no hope for surviving in cruel and hard world like life can be.
